Exclusive Invitation to Free Treatment Training
You will be exclusively invited to try new and advanced technologies, treatments, and products as they become available. This is purely a member extra and is subject to availability and our training schedules and we cannot guarantee a free treatment.
Booking and Membership Terms:
We recommend securing your preferred treatment times in advance, whether you choose to book over the phone, in person, or online. Please note that online bookings may be subject to a $10 booking fee, which will be refunded. Member discounts will be processed in person. Your membership includes 12 individual treatments, and while these are spread over 52 weeks, there's no limit to the number of treatments you can enjoy each month. Feel free to combine multiple treatments during a single visit, such as pairing a Performance Facial with Microdermabrasion or Microdermabrasion with an LED Booster treatment.
Membership Details:
Your membership involves a weekly charge of $16.95, processed for 52 weeks. Alternatively, you may pay upfront and receive an additional 5% off your total membership fee. The membership will remain active for 52 weeks and then expire. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for treatments you personally redeem. We recommend a minimum of 4 weeks between treatments. Please be aware that any unused treatments at the end of your membership will be forfeited.
Payment and Cancellation:
Individual treatment cancellations adhere to our treatment cancellation policy. Notify us prior to 2 days of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your treatment. Membership payments, processed through the Stripe Payment Gateway, will be retried until successful. Multiple failed payments may lead to membership cancellation, and external credit agencies may be engaged to recover funds. After 6 months, you can cancel your membership, incurring a $175 cancellation fee to cover any lost earnings.
